This came from "Schertz~Cibolo Valley Lioness Club" cookbook (of which I was a member)

I have used this since 1975 and even my vegie friends like it.

1 lb
regular sausage (like jimmy dean or owens)
1 lb
ground beef
2 lb
american cheese (cut up into small pieces)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes (i use original)


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Brown sausage and beef in skillet. I use inexpensive beef - but BE SUR TO DRAIN OFF THE GREASE

2Pour into crockpot and add rest of ingredients

3Stir and cook on low (for about one hour)

4Serve with chips - Frito scoops or tostado scoops (potato chips not strong enough)
