There are many variations of cheese balls but this is my all time favorite!

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 c
crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c
onion minced
1/4 c
bell pepper minced
1 c
pecans, chopped
2 c
pecans finely chopped (for coating ball)
1 tsp
seasoned salt

Step-By-Step

1Combine cream cheese, pinapple, onion, bell pepper, seasoned salt and 1 cup of chopped pecans together using food processor or mixer. After all is mixed form into one very large ball or two ot three smaller balls. Roll ball(s) in finely chopped pecans. Store in refrigerator
2These freeze well. Just wrap in plastic wrap and foil.
