Ingredients

1/4 c
pine nuts
4 oz
chevre (soft goat cheese, usually sold in a log shape)
3 Tbsp
plain cream cheese
1/4 c
dried cranberries
3 Tbsp
balsamic binaigrette salad dressing (store bought or homemade)
1/8 tsp
salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1TOAST PINE NUTS: Place on a sheet of foil and roast in a toaster oven at 300 deg. F. for about 2 minutes, just til nicely golden brown. Remove.
2Place toasted pine nuts and all other ingredients into a food processor. Process until mostly smooth.
3Place in a pretty serving dish. Serve immediately or refrigerate (which will thicken spread somewhat).
4Serve with crackers, triscuits, slices of cocktail bread, Melba toast, or cut up veggies of our choice.
