Everyone loves these and they are so simple. I play with the peppers to add different colors to each holiday. You can also add onion, sliced ham, whatever you like. I prefer it with just peppers.
cream cheese (softened)
green bell pepper (chopped)
red bell pepper (chopped)
yellow bell pepper (optional for thanksgiving)
herdez salsa (if available)
1In a medium bowl, mix the chopped peppers with the cream cheese. Spread onto the soft tortillas and roll up with the seam down. Refrigerate till firm. Cut into slices and serve with Salsa for dipping.
