Cream Cheese should be room tempature. Take a whole pickle and add cream cheese with your warm hands and pat or pack around pickle, about 1/4-1/2" thick. Take dried beef out of jar and place around the pickle with cream cheese. Secure with toothpicks. Place in refrigerator or one hour. You can make more than one.
