Ingredients For cheese ball special

    8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 can
    8.5 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/4 c
    green pepper (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    pecans (chopped fine)

How To Make cheese ball special

  • 1
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature and gradually stir in pineapple, green pepper, chopped onion, salt, and sugar. Chill in refrigerator. Roll in a ball or log. Roll cheese ball in pecans. Chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. This can be made ahead and frozen.
