Let Cream cheese soften, Chop up the dried beef and then I grind it finely by using my coffee grinder. Mix the dried beef with the cream cheese, dill weed and onion using a hand mixer. Shape in a ball and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with dill weed before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. I also double the recipe for bigger parties and shape into a football for our football parties. I use strips of red pepper to make the stiches for the football. Everyone loves it.
