- cream cheese
- 2 lb
- shredded cheddar cheese (i prefer sharp)
- 4 oz
- pecan chips
- 1 pkg
- dry ranch dressing mix
1Soften butter, cream cheese and cheddar cheese at room temperature. Place finely chopped pecans in pasta type bowl. (This will be used for rolling the ball(s). Place pecans on waxed paper if making log instead of ball(s).
2Mix together butter, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Mix in cheddar cheese.
3Form cheese mixture into 1 - 3 balls, depending on the size your prefer (make great gifts). Or you can shape into a log. Roll balls or log in pecan chips. Place on serving dish, wrap with plastic wrap, and chill. Can be placed on lid(s) of storage container(s), place bowl on top (upside down) and seal.
4Remove from fridge and serve with crackers. Enjoy.
