16 ozcream cheese, room temperature

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese shredded

1 tspworchestershire sauce

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 tsponion, grated

1 cfinely chopped walnuts, pecans, or nut of choice
How To Make cheese ball

1Using hands or wooden spoon, combine all ingredients except nuts. Shape into two equal sized balls. Roll each ball in nuts to coat. Wrap well with plastic wrap or foil. Chill at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Serve with an assortment of crackers or melba toasts.
