Cheese Ball

Easy to make with a minimum of ingredients. May make several days in advance. Keeps well in the refrigerator.

cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz
sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 tsp
worchestershire sauce
1 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
onion, grated
1 c
finely chopped walnuts, pecans, or nut of choice

Directions Step-By-Step

Using hands or wooden spoon, combine all ingredients except nuts. Shape into two equal sized balls. Roll each ball in nuts to coat. Wrap well with plastic wrap or foil. Chill at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Serve with an assortment of crackers or melba toasts.
