|1||15 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese|
|6 oz||crumbled gorgonzola cheese|
|1/4 tsp||crushed, dried thyme|
|1/8 tsp||crushed, dried rosemary|
|1 Tbsp||pure honey|
|36 slice||toasted baguette bread|
|1 large||apple of choice, cored, sliced thin|
Place ricotta cheese in lg bowl. Mix w/ mixer on medium speed for 2 mins. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, herbs and honey.
Spoon mix into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate 1 hr. Spread mix evenly onto bread slices. And top w/ apple slices.
