cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded
1/3 c
franks red-hot pepper sauce
1 c
mayonnaise- [i use hellmans]
1 c
shredded monteray jack, mexican or cheddar cheese- [use 1/2 cup of 2 of the cheeses if you so desire]
2 Tbsp
onion, finely diced
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
blue cheese, crumbled

Directions Step-By-Step

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES.

TOSS CHICKEN WITH THE HOT SAUCE.

STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE BLUE CHEESE.

POUR INTO A SHALLOW 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE; SPRINKLE WITH BLUE CHEESE.

BAKE UNCOVERED 2O MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLING.
