Method:

Fondue

Ingredients

1/2 lb
grated swiss cheese
1/2 lb
grated gruyere cheese
1 clove
fresh garlic
2 Tbsp
corn starch
2 1/4 c
chablis
Just a pinch
sea salt
Just a pinch
freshly cracked black pepper
Just a pinch
freshly grated nutmeg

baugette, cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions Step-By-Step

Rub your fondon't pot with the garlic

Pitch the garlic

Heat 2 cups of wine, in the fondon't pot, over medium heat till air bubbles rise DO NOT BOIL!

Slowly add the cheeses, stirring constantly

Add the cornstarch to the 1/4 cup of wine and whisk to make a slurry

Add the slurry to the fondon't pot stirring constantly

Stick 1 sandwich toothpick into each of the baugette cubes, and swirl in the fondon't
