Brie with Cranberry Sauce and Pistachios
- 1 pkg
- (8 ounces) brie cheese, with herbs or plain (round or wedge)
- 1/4 c
- whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp
- coarsely chopped pistachio nuts
- sliced baguette loaf or crackers
Lightly brush 8- inch round pan or an ovenproof plate with vegetable oil.
Place cheese in center of pan.
Do not peel coating from cheese.
Top cheese with cranberry sauce and nuts.
Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
