My friends at work nick-named it Crack on a cracker for me.Because they are addicted ..lol and can't stay out of it when I serve it. It holds well out of the frig.so you need not worry about it setting out. My fav is the Strawberry Jalepeno Jelly and I have used Green and Blueberry as well. It is a perfect blend of sweet and spice, and with salty cracker all flavors are wrapped up in one little dish..enjoy

Ingredients For brandy's crack on a cracker

  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese 8oz.
  • 1
    container soft cream cheese
  • 3
    ea. green onions diced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp
    heaping jalepeno jelly
  • 3 slice
    chopped candied jalepenos (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    candied jalepeno juice ( optional)
  • 11/2 c
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 box
    pretzel crackers ( i use toppers)

How To Make brandy's crack on a cracker

    Place both cream cheeses in bowl and mix with a hand mixer till smooth add jelly and mix till pretty in color.If the color is not what you want add a little food coloring. strawberry should be a pretty pink and jalepeno should be a pretty shade of green. Add the rest of the items to blend lightly.Place in a pretty dish and garnish with pecans, cheese and the green onion tops and a few more diced candy jalepenos.
