Blue Cheese Dip

This is an old recipe but I do not know where it originated. Its among my hand written recipe from the 1980's.

I love blue cheese so use this one often. If you prepare this in a blender, as I do, it will be very smooth. If you like it chunky use a mixer to blend.

Ingredients

4 oz
crumbled blue cheese, about 1 cup
1 pkg
(3 ounces), cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp
milk
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1
finely chopped green onion

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine ingredients and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Serve as a dip for vegetables or spread on crackers.
