This is another quick and easy recipe out of the cookbook my aunt compiled and this is her recipe. Great to have for those "drop-ins" as the cheese mixture can be kept refrigated as well as the English Muffins. These are delightful!!

Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
english muffins, split in half

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix the mayonnaise and Parmesan (Romano, if you prefer) in equal amounts and spread on as many split English Muffins as you wish to serve. Do not spread too thickly; a light coating over the entire muffin is preferable. Broil until topping turns a golden brown. You can keep the mayonnaise/cheese mixture made up and kept refrigerated for use in case of drop-ins or just for your own usage. You will really enjoy these!!!
