Baked Potato Dip
You can also opt to make it a lighter fare by using fat free cream cheese and reduced fat cheese.
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- 1 jar(s)
- hormel bacon bits
- 8 oz
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- chopped chives(amount desired)
Using a stand mixer combine all ingredients, reserving some of the bacon bits to top the dip.
Place in an 8x8 casserole spreading to cover the dish.
Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Top with remaining bacon bits and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with potato chips. I prefer ridged chips as they are thicker and hold up better.
