baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!

There are so many recipes out there for this, but I make mine just a tad different. This is a very filling dip, so you may want to make this the star attraction with other appetizers around it. I say bleau cheese is optional because some people hate it, lol.

Ingredients For baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!

    cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2
    8 oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    frank's red hot sauce
  • 1/2 c
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled bleau cheese, optional
  • 1/8 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/3 c
    green onions, chopped
  • bag thick tortilla chips

How To Make baked buffalo chicken dip-my way!

    Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bleau cheese, ( if using,) and old bay seasoning mix. Blend well.

    In lg bowl, beat both cream cheeses and hot sauce until creamy. Spoon into chicken mix, and stir to mix well. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake until lightly browned, around 15-20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle w/ green onions.

    Serve w/a big old bag of thick tortilla chips and plenty of napkins!
