Bacon Ranch Cheeseball

Ingredients

1 Tbsp	sour cream
1 oz	ranch style dressing mix
8 oz	cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 lb	cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c	bacon, cooked, chopped
2	spring onions, chopped

Jessica's Notes:

Rolled in Bacon instead of Walnuts!

Mix the sour cream with ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smoothly combined.

Add the cream cheese, spring onions and Cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix together with your hands until thoroughly blended.

Chill the mixture for 5 minutes, then shape into a ball.

Place the bacon bits into a shallow bowl, and roll all sides of the cheese ball in the bacon to coat.

Serve immediately.

keeping this one, love cheese balls and usually have the one w/the dried beef, but bacon sounds wonderful!

Ok, I have to admit, I added the bacon into it because I wanted a cheese spread to keep in a container and it is so good!
