This is a very decadent delicious appetizer. It easy to make but has a very impressive presentation. I hope you give this one a try.

Ingredients

baguette of french bread
1 jar(s)
spiced rum and maple bacon jam - recipe on jap
gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Step-By-Step

1Slice bread very thin. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes until just crisp.
2Spread bacon jam over the french bread rounds. Top with a little gorgonzola cheese. A little goes a long way.
3Place back in oven and bake until gorgonzola is melted.
