Ingredients

3 large
tomatoes
200 g
flour
2 medium
eggs
1 large
onion
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
black pepper
150 g
bread crumbs
150 ml
oil

Step-By-Step

1Wash and peel the tomatoes.Cut them in cubes,pull out the seeds and dry them very well.
2Peel,wash and chop the onion,and stew it in oil.
3Let it chill.
4Mix in a bowl,tomatoes,onion,eggs,flour (till is thick),salt,pepper.
5Modelate little pancakes,cover them with bread crumbs,and fry them well.
6Serve them with salted cheese.
