I love these fries w/ the dip as a snack. Yummy!

Ingredients For sweet potato fries w/ creamy dip

  • 1 tsp
    canola or vegetable oil
  • 2 lg
    seet potatoes, cut into wedges, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 5 Tbsp
    fat free sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    taco seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika

How To Make sweet potato fries w/ creamy dip

    Heat oven to 350. Spread oil onto a baking sheet. Arrange potatoes in a sinlge layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle w/ salt. Bake 25 mins, flipping over once.

    In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning and paprika. Serve dip w/ fries.
