Ingredients For spicy sausage pinrolls

  • 1 md
    red or green pepper
  • 3 or 4
    green onions finely chopped
  • 8 1/2 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz
    can of mushrooms drained & chopped
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg
    sausage (i use bob evans hot)

How To Make spicy sausage pinrolls

  • 1
    Cook Sausage till done, drain and set aside.

    While sausage is cooking dice pepper, onion and mushrooms and mix in with cream cheese. Add Sausage.

    Spread mixture over tortilla, roll up and wrap in Reynolds wrap. Chill overnight for best results.

    Slice and serve into 1" pieces and serve!
