This is a great finger food to take to potlucks and freezes well to have on hand.
White bread works best.

Convection Oven

Ingredients

1/4 c
butter
1/2 lb
fresh white mushroom sliced
1/2 c
onion diced
1 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1-2 pinch
salt and pepper
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1
loaf of bread crusts removed
1/2 c
butter melted

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400
In skillet melt butter add mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender.

Add next 5 ingredients and stir until cream cheese is melted. Cool

Roll bread flat and add mushroom mixture. Roll up and brush with last 1/2 cup melted butter. Cut each roll in half.Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 mins
