25 year old recipe. Named by my daughter Farrah. Very portable, can be eaten without utensils. We like to make and serve it on disposable platters; great for picnics and days out on the lake.

Ingredients

8 oz
block not whipped cream cheese
15 oz
canned chili. use your favorite brand
1/3 c
diced black olives
1/3 c
finely chopped green onion
1/3 c
red bell or yellow pepper finely diced
1/3 c
loosely packed finely chopped cilantro
serve with large bag of tortilla chips (we like the round style chips)

Step-By-Step

1*assemble and serve on large 15" platter, preferably with a small lip*
Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of platter. Approximately 1/2" thick.
2Completely cover cream cheese with chili, distribute evenly.
3Then add chopped vegetables in order listed.
4Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes. Serve with chips.
