Corn and Bean Sweet Chunky Salsa

Ingredients

1 can(s)
white shoepeg corn
1 can(s)
black beans
1
yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1/2 c
olive oil
1/4 c
sugar
6 oz
crumbled feta cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix Vinegar, oil and sugar until dissolved. Gently mix corn, beans and bell pepper. Refrigerate for at least a half hour or until serving.

Mix in feta cheese right before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
