Ingredients For bacon, lettuce and tomato bruschetta

10 slicebacon, crispy cooked and crumbled

4 mdtomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/3 cups)

1 cshredded head lettuce

2 Tbspchopped fresh basil leaves

1 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper

1/3 cfavorite crumbled cheese, blue cheese or feta (optional)

1/3 colive oil

1loaf french bread, cut in 1/4- inch slices
How To Make bacon, lettuce and tomato bruschetta

1In medium bowl stir together all topping ingredients; set aside. Brush olive oil on both sides of bread slices; place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F., turning once, for 7 minutes per side or until crisp and golden brown; cool. Spoon about 1 tablespoon topping on each toast round.*
