Very easy spread which I love to serve in my cream puffs savory recipe.Cream puffs Savory This is a versatile recipe and doubles as a dip or spread. Made easy with a can of artichoke hearts.

Food Processor

Ingredients

1 can(s)
8.5 ounces artichoke hearts,drained
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
lemon juice (bottled is fine)

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain your artichoke hearts. Add all ingredients in a food processor and whip until blended.

NOTE: You can use fresh onion and garlic. I sometimes saute them along with the drained artichokes before adding the cream cheese and lemon juice. I have found that using the powdered onion and garlic is just as good (if you are in a hurry) For those who like a little spice, a few shakes of tabasco is also good.
