- artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- small onion, chopped

- parmesan cheese, grated & divided
1In 2-quart crock, mix artichoke, onion, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook on medium setting for 2-3 hours.
2One-half hour prior to serving, reduce temperature to warm setting, top with additional 1/2 cup cheese and cover.
