SWEET'TART' SHRIMP

..when I thought up this recipe, I was fiddling around with different spices for a different taste..yummy

Ingredients

2 pinch
salt
2 Tbsp
unsalted butter
2 pinch
cajun seasoning
1 1/4 c
water
1 Tbsp
honey
1 pinch
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
lemon pepper
1 1/2 lb
colossal shrimp,thawed/rinsed/peeled/deveined
1/2 Tbsp
minced garlic

Step-By-Step

1In a medium saucepan, add water, 1T butter, garlic, 1 pinch of salt,1 pinch of Cajun seasoning, parsley & garlic, to a boil; stir and add shrimp. Reduce heat to low & par-cook shrimp.
2Remove from heat; drain. Heat a small skillet adding remaining butter with shrimp and remaining ingredients (not lemon pepper). Cook till shrimp have turned pink and have caramelized from the honey. After shrimp are pink, sprinkle with lemon pepper stir around.
3Remove shrimp for skillet on to plate for serving. Serve with side salad and garlic bread.
