I love mushrooms, and I didn't have this love for them until I married my husband almost 5 years ago. I especially love the Portobello mushrooms, they have the best flavor, and are so good cooked many different ways,so I hope you enjoy this recipe and remember you can stuff these however you want this is just what I used

Ingredients

half a cup
shredded cheese
2 tasp
cream cheese
8 pcs
cooked plain shrimp
dash(es)
parsley flakes
pinch
salt and pepper
pinch
italian seasoning
half tsp
pesto
stems
from the mushrooms
half c
italian bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

1
You need about 10 to 12 mushrooms, wash them throughly, remove the stems and put a side, clean out the inside of each mushroom, once that is done then you mix all of you ingredients in a bowl
2
Take you stems that you put to the side and chop them up really good. Add them to your ingredients in the bowl mix well, stuff each mushroom with the filling. When that is all finished, lightly spray your baking pan, and place mushrooms on pan. Bake these mushrooms at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 mins
3
If you decide to put them on the grill either grill them on the highest rack you have or put them in a pan and grill them for about the same time give or take 5 or so mins. When finished enjoy them with some ranch, blue cheese, or some cocktail sauce.
