shrimp tartlets
A recipe given to me from a friend and neighbor many years ago. Another oldy but goodie. These are delicious. Please try them and see for yourself.

Ingredients For shrimp tartlets

1 can small shrimp, drained

1 beaten egg
-
1 tsp brandy
-
1 pkg of pillsbury butterflake rolls

1/2 cup light cream
-
1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
How To Make shrimp tartlets

1Drain shrimp and combine with the egg, cream and brandy.

2Take the rolls apart and place in small lightly greased muffin tins

3Fill with shrimp mixture

4Top with grated cheese
-
5Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10 minutes

6Serve warm

7Freezes well
-
8Reheat before serving
