Canned salmon is not only cheep but also very healthy and versatile. It can be used for just about anything. I always have several cans in my pantry, just in case.

Ingredients For salmon ball spread

  • 1 lg
    can pink salmon, drained and cleaned
  • 1 (8) oz
    package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 fl
    grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 dash
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make salmon ball spread

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients except the pecans and parsley, thoroughly and make into a ball.

    Mix the pecans and parsley.

    Roll the cheese ball in the pecans, parsley mixture.

    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
