Ingredients For salmon ball spread

1 lgcan pink salmon, drained and cleaned

1 (8) ozpackage cream cheese, softened

2 tspprepared horseradish

1 tspfresh lemon juice

1/8 flgrated onion

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 dashpecans, chopped

1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make salmon ball spread

1Mix all the ingredients except the pecans and parsley, thoroughly and make into a ball.

2Mix the pecans and parsley.

3Roll the cheese ball in the pecans, parsley mixture.

4Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
