Ingredients

CHICKEN FILLING

chopped chicken

chopped celery

chopped pimento
2 Tbsp
dry white wine --optional
1/4 c
mayonaise
1/2 tsp
salt and dash pepper
fill cream puffs and enjoy

SHRIMP FILLING

2 can(s)
(4 1/2 oz )baby shrimp drained

hard boiled eggs
4 Tbsp
finely chopped celery and/or chestnuts
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
chopped green onion
add enough mayonaise to moisten

HAM FILLING

3 (4 1/oz) can(s)
deviled ham
3/4 tsp
chopped onion
1 Tbsp
horseradish, salt and pepper
combine and mix with enough sour cream to moisten
