Creamy crab in a wonton shell served w/ marinara sauce. A wonderful appetizer.

Ingredients

6 oz cans crabmeat, drained, flaked
8 oz
reduecd-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
low-fat ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c
chopped parsley
2
scallions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp
each, salt and pepper
1
12 oz pkg refrigerated wonton wrappers.
marinara sauce for dipping

Directions Step-By-Step

In bowl, combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers. Place wrappers on a flat surface. Spoon 1 tsp of crab mix in center of each wrapper.

Moisten edges of wrappers w/ a little water. Fold corner of wrapper over filling, forming a triangle. Seal edges w/ fingers.

Fill a pot w/ water 3/4 full. Bring to a boil. Place 12 wrappers in water, boil 6 mins. Remove w/ slotted spoon onto a platter. Continue w/ any remaining wrappers and filling. Serve w/ marinara sauce.
