My twist on a Shrimp Cocktail... I was never much for the all ketchup based cocktail sauce. I like mine mellowed out with some Dijon mustard and Helmann's...and don't hold back on the horseradish...yummilicious!! Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients For cassies merry christmas shrimp cocktail

  • cooked plain shrimp ( i use jumbo ) as many as you want to serve
  • 1/2 c
    helmanns mayonnaise - i won't substitute
  • 4 Tbsp
    heinz ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish or to own preference
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • juice
    of 1/2 a lemon

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill till serving.
