Ingredients

1/2 c
cooked chicken breast (shredded and chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp
pesto
1 small
tomato, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp
finely shredded romano cheese
3 Tbsp
finely shredded mozzarella cheese

low carb tortilla

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a small bowl, combine chopped chicken with pesto. Spread on the tortilla. Top with tomato and cheeses.
Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese melts.
Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
