This is one appetizer that everyone asks for. I get requests for lots of my dishes but not as often as this one.

Ingredients

12
eggs, hard boiled
1/2 c
best foods mayonnaise ( also known as hellmann's)
2 rounded tsp
brown mustard
3 tsp
sugar
3 tsp
sweet relish
12
green olives, optional
paprika, to sprinkle

Step-By-Step

1Peel and cut hard boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks to a bowl, set whites aside.

2Smash the yolks with a fork. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and relish. Add to yolks. Mix well.

3Using a spoon, scoop mixture into egg halves. Top with an olive half, and sprinkle with Paprika, if desired.

4Cooks note: to make a nicer appearance, I carefully wipe the egg whites with a damp paper towel before filling.
