This is my way to enjoy the Mexican appetizers all-at-onces. Take the Tortilla chips, cheese, chili, salsa, Jalapeno, avocados, and green onion, fixed all together. It is great as a one dish appetizer or meal, for four (4) to six (6) people, depends on how big you make it. So, enjoy the magnificent flavors of this, "Superb Nachos"!!!!

Ingredients

13x9x2 casserole dish
10-oz bag(s)
tortillas chips, white corn
16-oz can(s)
or jar, cheese sauce (i used hormel)
15-oz can(s)
chili, no beans (i used armour)
1 c
salsa, chunky (i used pace)
6 medium
green onion, chopped
1/2 c
jalapeno, in a jar, sliced or the taste
1 medium
avocado, peeled, seeded, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

First, you get all ingredients ready!

Heat Chili until hot.

Microwave cheese, until melted.

Clean and chop green onions.

Peel, seed and cut in half avocado. Slice the avocado about 1/4-inch thick.

In a casserole dish, dump the tortilla chip in it, and spread out in dish.

Put the hot cheese onto the tortilla chips.

Place the hot chili on top of the cheese and tortilla chips.

Place the 1 cup of salsa (more if desired) on top of the chili, cheese, and tortilla chips.

Place the chop green onions on top of the salsa, chili, cheese, and tortilla chips.

Place the 1/2 cup of jalapeno (or to taste), on top of the green onions, salsa, chili, cheese and tortilla chips.

Place the sliced avocado on top of the jalapeno, green onions, salsa, chili, cheese, and tortillas. Now you have fix the "SUPERB NACHOS". ENJOY!!!!!
