- dry mustard
- salt & pepper, to taste

1Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cover and let set for 13 minutes.
2Drain and run cold water over eggs to cool. Peel and slice lenghwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.
3Mash and mix yolks with remaining ingredients. To make filling shells easier, put filling in a ziplock bag and snip a small corner off.
4Fill shells. Top with paprika if desired. Chill.
