These are just your basic deviled eggs. You can doctor them however you like. I've added crab, capers and even bits of black olives.

Ingredients For deviled eggs

  • 6
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • Tbsp
    salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes

How To Make deviled eggs

  • 1
    Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cover and let set for 13 minutes.

    Drain and run cold water over eggs to cool. Peel and slice lenghwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.

    Mash and mix yolks with remaining ingredients. To make filling shells easier, put filling in a ziplock bag and snip a small corner off.

    Fill shells. Top with paprika if desired. Chill.
