These are delicious. They are really easy to make and looks quite impressive when serving.

Ingredients

1/2 lb
boneless skinless chicken thighs

peeled shrimp
1/2 c
shitake mushrooms
1/2 Tbsp
grated ginger
3 clove
garlic

scallions white parts only
1/4 tsp
sesame oil
pinch of white pepper
1/2 tsp
soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp
cornstarch

wonton wrappers
green peas for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients except wonton wrappers and peas in food processor. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4Wet fingertips and gather up the sides and pinch the four corners together
