boneless skinless chicken thighs
scallions white parts only
Place all ingredients except wonton wrappers and peas in food processor. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Place a wonton wrapper on cutting board.
Place about 2 tbsp filling in the middle
Wet fingertips and gather up the sides and pinch the four corners together
Place the dim sums in bamboo steamer and steam over boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes
Serve with favorite dipping sauce. I use sweet soy sauce with a little chili sauce mixed in
