Cajun Crab Balls

Ingredients

1 lb
crab meat
1
egg, slightly beaten
4 slice
bread, broken into small pieces with crusts removed
1/3 c
mayonnaise
2 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 tsp
yellow mustard
dash black pepper
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
dried parsley
paprika
butter

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except paprika and butter. Roll into 1/2 inch balls and place on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika.
2Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
3Turn crab balls over, push an indentation in the middle of the balls with your finger. Put a dab of butter in the indentation, return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes.
