Ingredients

1 lb
meat loaf mix
1/2 c
ricotta cheese
1 large
egg
1/4 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
fresh parsley
2 Tbsp
fresh basil
1/4 c
minced onion
3-4 clove
garlic minced
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp
sugar
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp
fennel (ground)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 450.
Mix all ingredients together, form golf ball size meatballs,I like to use a cookie scoop,it's easier to make them uniform.

Place on rack in a baking pan, and bake 35- 40 min.
These freeze beautifully, placed on a jellyroll pan until frozen, then put in a zip lock bag.
