I've always loved deviled ham...you know, the stuff that comes in that little can wrapped in white paper? It goes great in sandwiches or on crackers. You can even put it in omelets or put a few dollops on a helping of macaroni and cheese!
Place the diced ham in the bowl of a food processor with a metal blade in place. Pulse to a consistency of wet coarse sand. Move the ham to a medium mixing bowl and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard and hot pepper sauce until everything is well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
