These are fast and easy. I love making appetizers for parties. My favorite party is one that serves up many appetizers so I can just graze on many different yummy things.

Ingredients

12 large
romaine lettuce leaves
12 slice
deli roast beef
12 slice
swiss cheese

SAUCE

1/4 c
sour cream
1/2 c
whipped cream cheese
2 Tbsp
horseradish

Step-By-Step

1Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
2Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out one Romaine leaf.
3Spread some horseradish sauce on lettuce leaf
4Top with roast beef
5To roast beef with swiss cheese
6Roll lettuce leaf and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
7Cut each in half and they are ready to eat.
