I love pork chops and when I make a pork chop sandwich. I have to add onions and lettuce to the sandwich.

Ingredients

1 c
vegetable oil
1 c
chicken breader
1 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
garlic pepper
6 slice
pork chops thick

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
2Season the pork chops with the creole, kosher salt and garlic pepper.
3Put the pork chops into the breader. When the oil is nice and hot, shake off excess breader from the pork chops, and fry in the hot oil.
4Cook on each side 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden on the outside and juices run clear.
