Ingredients

500 g
pork brains
500 ml
water
5 large
black pepper peppercorn
2 medium
egg
150 g
flour
150 g
bread crumbs fine
200 ml
sun flower oil
1 pinch
salt
1 tsp
spices for food(maggi)
1 medium
laurel leaf

Step-By-Step

1I used,frozen pork brain.I defrost it,in the fridge,then,I separate each piece,and wash them gentle.
2Drain them with paper towell.
3In a mug,put the brains with water (must cover them),with black peppercorns,laurel.Broil it.
4After is done,drain the water,remote the peppercorns and laurel,and let the brain chill.
5Pour on chilled brains a little salt,food spices.
6Pass each brain piece thru beaten egg,flour and bread crumbs.
7Fry,and degrease in paper towels.
8Fryied brains must be soft inside and crunchy outside.
