meat loaf mix

ricotta cheese

egg

quinoa, cooked
1/4 c
parsley flakes

basil, dried

onion (minced)
3-4 clove
garlic (minced)
1 tsp
oregano, dried
11/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp
sugar
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp
fennel (ground)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients together, form into uniform golf ball size balls.
