Our office had a going away party for one of the gals who was moving on to another job. One of the ladies in the office made these and they were really good. There was not one drop left from two pounds of bacon. I had to get the recipe and share it with everyone. It is simple to make and does not take a lot of ingredients. I am sure you could choose your own cracker....I even thought about just marinating the bacon in maple syrup. Enjoy!
